Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Carve Tennis LLC (DBA “Carve Sports”)

1. Minimum Quantities

There is currently no minimum order value, though we we have a small minimum order quantity of 5 units, which can be spread across skus. Orders placed with less than 5 units will be placed on hold.

2. How to place order

Submit your order via our wholesale site here (https://carvesports.co/pages/wholesale-quick-order-form). You must be a registered user to view the order form and gain access to the discounted pricing.

If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on the wholesale link at the bottom of the site. (https://carvesports.co/pages/wholesale-application-page). Follow the prompts and submit your information.

You can also call our customer service line toll free (414) 436-5293 to order‬.Please have an order form or the web site available when calling so that you can reference item numbers.

3. MSRP

Products or goods purchased from Carve Sports shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesaler chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesaler shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Carve Sports and will be granted on a case by case basis.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) on the website by default. Authorized retailers will receive 40% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to wholesale@carvesports.co within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Carve Sports’ prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

6. Payments

Carve Sports accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and EFT payments.

All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

If paying via EFT, please email us through remittance advice as proof of payment.

7. Shipping

We will cover 100% of the shipping costs for wholesale orders in the U.S.

International orders are subject to full shipping charges.

We will partially (50%) cover the cost of shipping for orders over $1000 USD. When ordering through the site, the customer will pay for the full shipping charges and be refunded 50%. 

8. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Carve Sports at wholesale@carvesports.co within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

9. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 7-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact for information on availability.


10. Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us.

11. Shipping International Orders

International Wholesalers are responsible for all Duties and Taxes associated with shipping and clearing customs.
