Return Policy

To start a return, contact returns@carvesports.co with your order number and reason for return, OR follow the link in your customer account (https://account.carvesports.co). View our full terms of sale here

1. 30-Day Return Policy:
Accepting returns within 30 days of delivery. Refund of purchase price, excluding any original shipping and handling costs. Applies to products returned in original condition. For items not in original condition, contact us directly with pictures and reason for return.

2. Return Process: 
Contact returns@carvesports.co with order number and reason for return OR use the link in your customer account for returns. Prior authorization required for all returns.

3. Inspection and Acceptance: 
Authorized returns subject to inspection at the delivery point. Credit adjustments only for products returned in the original shipped condition. Products returned not in original condition will be credited at the discretion of Carve Sports. If customer does not wish to accept the refund amount, the item can be shipped back to the customer -- cost of shipping to be paid by customer.

4. Shipping Responsibility:
Given the return is authorized, customer will be sent a return shipping label at no cost to them. We recommend insuring return shipments for protection against loss or damage. Customer is responsible for item until it arrives at our warehouse. 

5. Refund Details:
Refunds processed within fifteen (15) business days of receiving merchandise. Refund credited back to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Products: 
No refunds for products designated as non-returnable on the website. Final or non-refundable products explicitly marked as such are not eligible for refunds.
