Return Policy

To start a return, follow the link in your customer account (https://account.carvesports.coOR contact returns@carvesports.co with your order number and reason for return. View our full terms of sale here

1. 30-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a refund of your purchase price, excluding any original shipping and handling costs. This applies to products returned without significant damage dealt to the product.

2. Returns Process: 
Contact returns@carvesports.co with order number and reason for return OR use the link in your customer account for returns. Prior authorization is required for all returns.

3. Shipping Responsibility:
Given the return is authorized, customer will be sent a return shipping label at no cost to them. Customer is responsible for item until it arrives at our warehouse. We recommend insuring return shipments for protection against loss or damage.  

4. Refund Details:
Refunds to be processed within fifteen (15) business days of receiving merchandise. Refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

5. Inspection and Acceptance: 
Authorized returns are subject to inspection at the delivery point. Credit adjustments guaranteed only for products returned in the original shipped condition. Products returned not in original condition will be credited at the discretion of Carve Sports. If customer does not wish to accept the refund amount, the item can be shipped back to the customer with the cost of shipping to be paid by customer. If you are unsure about the condition of your goods, contact us with pictures to receive an estimate. 

6. Non-Returnable Products: 
No refunds for products designated as non-returnable on the website. Final or non-refundable products explicitly marked as such are not eligible for refunds.
